We started making candles in 1996 in our Venice Beach California home!We loved it so much, we're still buzzing around like busy bee's! Relocating here to Ohio in August of 2007, we followed our hearts and have set up to continue making our, "one of a kind" candles.

* We start with solid blocks of 100% Pure BeesWax.
* We break it up, double boil it, pour it into handmade molds and wait for it to cool to the perfect temperature.
* We then use an all cotton wick and hand roll each of our candles.

What Makes Scents?
Over the years of making our candles a lot of people ask us about the scent of our candles. We take pride in offering a hand made beeswax candle with no additives.
Buying scented candles usually means adding an un-natural additive. Sure candles smell great using pumpkin, bayberry, vanilla, etc. but you're not getting a candle that is made with natural a scent. Actually we believe when you buy a scented candle you're buying a candle that has a chemical based scent added to it. When our candles are burned there is a nice natural smell of honey. That's the natural scent from using 100% PURE BEESWAX. When we're asked about the scent of our candles we explain that we don't use any additives. We suggest adding a drop of good, clean, natural oil of essence: lavender, jasmine, rose, etc. to the beeswax candle once its burning. When our candles burn there is a small pool of liquid beeswax around the wick. You can add a drop of the oil of your choice to give the added scent of your choice.
The reason we sell so many of our candles is because we strive to keep it an all natural product. Its important to us that we offer you and your family a candle that's comes from earth's natural offerings. 100% Pure Beeswax, an all Cotton Wick, and Real Dried & Pressed Flowers... That makes sense to us!
